I am so overwhelmed with the amount of information out there about YouTube, I have no idea where to start and I'm afraid of looking stupid and what my friends and family will think when I do.
I am working so so hard on my channel! I am consistent, doing all of the SEO research and STILL nothing. Hours after hours a week of editing and uploading and I'm still not where I want to be, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong!
I don't know where to put my focus! I'm uploading content on whatever I feel like talking about and I'm having a hard time figuring out what to create and upload and even narrowing down to one niche! And because of that, I'm not as consistent as I want to be which I know is needed for growth. I just wish I had someone tell me what I should be doing!
I've been on YouTube for years and I'm stuck.
